Jay has attended the Phileo Nursery Orientation & is going there next year (3yrs-old)..

Its going to be a BUSY year ahead..

Royal Blow

A man walks into a sperm bank and declares, "I'm of royal blood and an I. Q. of 165, I'd like to make a donation".

The nurse gives him a sealed cup and directs him to a private room.

20 minutes later the man hasn't come out, the nurse knocks on the door.

Lately, I just noticed that the Penang's bus stops are getting some major "make over".. to be better or worse, you will be the judge.

These are not taken at different street or district, but from two major road arteries in Penang mainland..some are just across the road, and the design are different.

Cheapest Chicken Rice in Penang

I think I just had the cheapest chicken rice in the stat of Penang..cheap & good.

It even came with a bowl of clear bitter gourd bits & chicken finger soup..nice.

The location: Taman Baiduri, Raja Uda, Penang.

World's Best Wan Tan Mee

Went to Alor Setar last weekend for some World's Best Wan Tan Mee.

Yes..there's some old school utensils.

Yes..it's not that clean.

Yes..the service is not that fast.

Yes..the service doesn't come with a smile.

But, last weekend, the seller actually hijacked other's & sell the mee without me waiting too long..bless him.

Yes..had to fight with the missus for it as I only bought 1 packet for the supper.

Durian Trip to Balik Pulau, Penang

The whole family went to God-sister, Ah Kian, place at Balik Pulau for durians buffet in the weekend.

Durian seller/opener is always "Daddy", while onlookers is always "Vincent"

After the buffet, we went to visit the owner of the best Laksa in town. Even though we were full, we managed to share a few bowls of the delicious laksa & Lau Hau juice..good good.

The famous brand driven by Vincent. He sponsored the 20kg @ RM7/kg durians. TQ..TQ ;D

God-Brother Ah Or

Yesterday I went to Ipoh, attending my God-Brother's funeral.

Even though we have not spoken or met him since my God-Mother's funeral, my heart is saddened.

We were told that he was cycling downhill (Cameron Highlands) to buy newspaper when the brake failed.

He was admitted in the General Hospital but they didn't discover any internal injuries till it was too late.

He was in his fifties and the eldest but I always thought that he & my other remaining God-Brothers (Ah Chew & Ah Kang); my God-Sisters (Ah Kian, Ah Choo & Ah Hoo) would live long enough to at least attend my sons wedding.

My heart goes to the wife, 2 sons and 1 daughter.

Hope to get to know them better and also others before we drifted apart even more.

Robert Kiyosaki's Seminar at Kuala Lumpur

On the 23rd to 25th of May, Robert Kiyosaki and his team of advisors presented their teachings of financial IQ under "How the Rich are getting Richer and How you can be Rich too" at National Achievers Congress 2009.

The hotel that I stayed is Hotel Sun Inn D'Mind. Reason is it cost RM85/night and is closed to the convention centre. Nice room with bathroom attached.

I used the KTM train from Sentral, KL to Serdang. The hotel can be seen from the Station.

Serdang station is also near the Kajang station (one-stop) but there is not even a Kajang Sate store near walking distance..

Lucky I brought my Robert K's "Rich Dad Poor Dad" book for him to autograph on the 2nd Day.

Also bought Michael Maloney's "Guide to Investing Gold & Silver" for him to autograph. Very technical guy with lots of facts and good with history. Bought a silver with 1-Troy Ounce that cost RM180.00. Check out his website @ GoldSilver.

Also enrolled in Forex Trading called "Super Sized Trading Income" by Gred Secker to beld on August 2009. I liked the idea of being coach by a forex professional during the workshop and being able to start trading after that. High profit Low risk is the Motto..check out the website @ Knowledge To Action. Hope to start a blog for this too......
