I think I just had the cheapest chicken rice in the stat of Penang..cheap & good.

It even came with a bowl of clear bitter gourd bits & chicken finger soup..nice.

Went to Alor Setar last weekend for some World's Best Wan Tan Mee.

Yes..there's some old school utensils.

Yes..it's not that clean.

Yes..the service is not that fast.

Yes..the service doesn't come with a smile.

But, last weekend, the seller actually hijacked other's & sell the mee without me waiting too long..bless him.

Yes..had to fight with the missus for it as I only bought 1 packet for the supper.

Durian Trip to Balik Pulau, Penang

The whole family went to God-sister, Ah Kian, place at Balik Pulau for durians buffet in the weekend.

Durian seller/opener is always "Daddy", while onlookers is always "Vincent"

After the buffet, we went to visit the owner of the best Laksa in town. Even though we were full, we managed to share a few bowls of the delicious laksa & Lau Hau juice..good good.

The famous brand driven by Vincent. He sponsored the 20kg @ RM7/kg durians. TQ..TQ ;D
